Propo TAB tablets are pressed natural propolis without additives. They can also be used to make propolis tincture.
Instructions for making 15% propolis tincture:
Mix 6 propolis tablets (31.68 ml) with 179.52 ml of 50% alcohol. Mix several times with a stick blender. Filter the tincture through a coffee filter and fill into dark bottles
