Delivery of ordered products
Products ordered in the medikoel.com online shop are delivered by the Slovenian Post. The letter carrier will deliver the package to your chosen delivery address. If you are not there when the parcel is delivered, a note will be left in your mailbox for you to pick up the parcel and your ID at the nearest Post Office. The regular delivery fee is the same for the whole of Slovenia and is EUR 4.90 (incl. VAT). Postage is free for purchases over EUR 60.00.
Delivery is possible during the delivery service’s opening hours. We do not deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, except in cities where this is possible. Items ordered on medikoel.com will be on their way as soon as possible. If the items are in stock in our central warehouse, they usually leave the same day, but only if you place your order before 15:00.
Products will be delivered the next day or within 3 working days at the latest. If delivery is not possible within 3 days, we will inform you. If we do not have the goods in stock, we will inform you. We will also inform you of the shortest possible delivery time.
If you have chosen to pay in cash and have your order delivered via the Post Office of Slovenia, the Post Office will charge you a fee of EUR 1.22 (incl. VAT).
Medikoel will also deliver an invoice to the customer upon delivery of the ordered items. In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the customer will receive a printed invoice for the purchased items upon collection. The invoice breaks down the price and all costs related to the purchase.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information before placing an order. We do not take into account any subsequent complaints about the correctness of the invoices.
Payment of ordered products
Delivery of products purchased at medikoel.com is only possible to an address in Slovenia! If you would like delivery to another address outside Slovenia, please contact us at info@medikoel.com and we will prepare a quotation for you.
Delivery is possible only at an address in Slovenia! Currently we do not support foreign customers to buy products in our S-Mediko web store. You can order the items only by sending email to info@medikoel.com and we will prepare you an offer.
Personal collection In the case of personal collection, all costs related to delivery and payment of the products are waived. Your order will be ready within 24 hours at the latest and will be waiting for collection 3 working days after you place it.
Personal collection is possible exclusively at the Medikoel store, Jalnova cesta 2, Radovljica, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Invoicing
Medikoel will deliver the ordered items to the Buyer by sending an invoice in writing to the Buyer’s address. In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the customer will receive a printed invoice for the purchased items upon collection.
The invoice breaks down the price and all costs related to the purchase.
