Payment of ordered products
Naročene izdelke na medikoel.com lahko plačate na več načinov: po predračunu z nakazilom na naš bančni račun, po povzetju oz. z odkupnino, preko PayPala ali s kreditnimi karticami. Izjema so mednarodna plačila, ki jih ni možno plačati z odkupnino.
Prepaid orders will be shipped the same day we see the influx on our site. Unless otherwise stated on the proforma invoice, it is valid for 3 working days. If we do not receive payment within 3 working days of issuing the proforma invoice, the order will be deleted. A written invoice will be attached to the package.
Delivery of ordered products for Slovenia
The ordered products are delivered to the delivery service of GLS and Pošta Slovenije (the buyer can choose the delivery service himself), which deliver the package to the selected delivery address. With the GLS delivery option, it is possible to choose home delivery or delivery to a package machine. The cost of home delivery with Pošta Slovenije is 5,40 EUR, and with GLS it is 4,90 EUR or in the case of delivery to a parcel machine, the cost is 4,40 EUR. Shipping is free for purchases over 70,00 EUR.
If you chose to pay on delivery when placing your online order, an additional 1 EUR fee will be charged.
Personal collection is also possible at Jalnova cesta 2, Radovljica, but only during office hours. This means Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. In the case of personal collection, the customer will receive a printed invoice for the purchased items upon collection. In the case of personal collection, all costs related to delivery and payment of the products are waived.
Orders placed by 1pm on a business day will be shipped the same day, exceptionally within 3 days.
Delivery of ordered products for Croatia
The ordered products are delivered by the GLS delivery service, which delivers the package to the selected address or to a parcel machine. The cost of home delivery is 5 EUR, and the cost to the parcel machine is 4,50 EUR. Shipping is free for purchases over 70,00 EUR.
If you chose to pay on delivery when placing your online order, an additional 1 EUR fee will be charged.
Orders placed by 1 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day, exceptionally within 3 days.
International orders
Product delivery is possible worldwide, but different shipping costs apply to international orders. For European countries that are members of the EU, a fixed shipping cost of 23 EUR is charged. For European countries that are not members of the EU, a fixed cost of 35 EUR is charged. For all other countries, we will inform you of the shipping cost to the email you provided when placing the order. We take into account the address and weight of the package. Free shipping above 70 EUR does not apply to international orders, Croatia is an exception.
