The ME150 mesh nebulizer uses fine mesh technology to create aerosol. The mesh is located in the dispersion head, so it can be purchased separately. By purchasing a new dispersion head, the nebulizer will once again disperse aerosol evenly and with sufficient force.
The Me150 nebulizer’s dispersion head needs to be replaced after a certain period of time, as it can become (partially) clogged. Proper maintenance of the mesh is therefore crucial—regular cleaning in accordance with the instructions will extend the life of the dispersion head.

With the ME150 nebulizer, proper cleaning and maintenance of the dispersion head is most important. Here is a brief summary of how to clean the dispersion head correctly:
1. Immerse it completely in 70% alcohol for 10 minutes.
2. Dry the head and place it on the nebulizer.
3. Add distilled water and turn on the nebulizer to spray it for at least a few minutes.
The ME150 nebulizer dispersion head is a replacement spare part and needs to be replaced after a certain period of time. You can extend the service life of the dispersion head by cleaning it properly and regularly, for which we recommend using the Me 128 cleaning kit.
