Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor – Blood pressure is the force that blood exerts on the walls of the blood vessels through which it flows. The heart is constantly pushing blood through the blood vessels, and the blood is pressing against the walls of the blood vessels. This creates pressure or pressure. There is systolic (systole = contraction) or upper blood pressure, which is measured when the heart is squeezing blood into the blood vessels, and diastolic (diastole = expansion) or lower blood pressure, which is measured when the heart muscle is resting. The amount of blood pressure depends on the amount of blood the heart squeezes out of the left ventricle into the main outflow tract (aorta) and the resistance of the blood vessels. The more constricted the blood vessels, the higher the blood pressure. It is expressed in millimetres of mercury (mm Hg).
