Dosage and method of use

How to use Api-inhal for inhalation: put 2-6 mL of liquid into the dosing cup of the inhaler and start inhaling. Inhale 1-3 times a day for up to 10 days. The product can be used with all inhalers (not just Medikoel inhalers).

How does it work?

The active ingredients enter the respiratory system through a device called an inhaler. The inhaler’s action allows very small, fine particles (aerosols) to be produced in the inhaled mixture. These particles in the lower or upper respiratory tract moisten the mucous membranes and act as a preventive and curative measure. Inhaler-assisted care is an effective, simple, side-effect-free, child-friendly, easy and versatile method.

When do we use it?

Lower respiratory tract infections include acute inflammation of the trachea (tracheitis), acute inflammation of the bronchi (bronchitis), acute inflammation of the lungs and the peritoneum of the pleura (pneumonia, pleurisy). The Api-inhaler can also be inhaled as a preventive measure, as moistened mucous membranes are less susceptible to the growth of viruses and bacteria,
